Space planning is the process of drawing up a plan that defines the space zones and activities that take place in the property. We'll prepare a detailed space plan that represents the zones of your property with circulation patterns that show how people will move through the space. 4. Material Selection
As for Material Selection, we will go through a process of selecting materials by considering crucial factors such as durability, budget, comfort, safety, and flexibility. 5. Work Schedule
Work Schedule is the most crucial part for the development process whole project as various contractors and parties need to collaborate on different aspects of the renovation works based on the schedule and your timescale. We will come out a work schedule that benefits various parties involving where your expectations for the project will be our ultimate goal.

6. Submission to Relevant Authority
The Authority shall give advise and regulate all matters relating to architectural and interior design education according to the detailed project brief and all relating documents needed to ensure the project can be done smoothly minimise risk before executing the any renovation work progress.

7. Renovation Process
During the renovation process, we shall visit the workshops for the purpose to review the design proposals with them in detail and give advise on specific elements regarding project, hence do our best in assisting them mobilising resources as required.

8. Hand Over
Finally, here comes to reviewing the satisfying final outcome of our project. Even though the project concludes, we will still go in person to visit site for the purpose to inspect all the works that had been done and make a checkup whether is there any defects. Moreover, we’ll give remedies suggestions to solve defects if found any and assist the project manager in job in the preparation of practical completion certificate.
